Strategy call

What a strategy call is, and what it is not

A conversation about where you are and where you want to get to. Not a sales call, and not a loan application. You leave with a clear picture of where you stand and an idea of what the strategy could be.

It starts the same way whatever you are buying, residential or commercial, and whoever owns it, in your own name, an SMSF, or a trust or company.

Before

Book a time

The call is about getting to know you and your numbers.

Pick a time from the booking page. If you are keen to get a jump on submitting your documents, start the assessment first. It gathers what you hold, what you earn and what you owe, so we can talk about what it means. Nothing is lodged with any lender.

Book a strategy call

During

Your goal

A first look at what you want and how I can get you there.

We look at what you are trying to build, and what this loan does to the next three moves toward it. Then the numbers: what you hold, owe and earn. We discuss what the strategy and structure could be to help you reach your goals. It is a starting point.

Who you are talking to

After

Your strategy

An email follow-up, with a recorded walkthrough.

Unless you have started the assessment, I will ask you for documents after the call, such as ID and payslips. Once your strategy is set, you get an email from me with a short recorded video walking you through the strategy and the options. No hand-off: I do the strategy and the work.

Send a question first

After settlement

It does not end at settlement

The loan is one decision inside a strategy, and the strategy keeps moving. Each year your pricing is reviewed, and a portfolio valuation is there whenever you want to know where you stand before the next move.

I can work with your core team if you have one e.g. accountant, financial planner, buyers agent, lawyer, conveyancer or quantity surveyors. If you do not have a core team yet, I can introduce you to professionals I use personally.
